What You'll Do
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction documents, including joint venture, partnership, and operating agreements
- Manage sophisticated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing matters
- Work directly with clients, counterparties, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
- Take primary responsibility for transactions from inception through closing
- Develop trusted client relationships and play a meaningful role in the growth of the practice
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys on high-value matters
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience handling complex real estate acquisitions, financing, development, and joint venture matters
- Ability to independently manage transactions and communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Sound business judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Interest in building a long-term practice and taking on increasing responsibility
- Active California Bar license required
- Strong academic credentials
